Refund & Return Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns on our seasonal subscription boxes, gift boxes or décor shop items. If you happen not to like an item, simply re-gift it to a friend or family.

We do offer replacements (where available) and/or refunds in the event of damaged items with proof of damage within 2 days of receipt. Please email us at info@yourwelcomehomebox.com.au and include a photo of the damaged item as well as a photo of the shipping box as our shipping provider requires us to submit photos to them when claims are made.


All gift boxes are subject to stock availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances it’s necessary to substitute an item, Welcome Home Box guarantees that such substitution will be of equal value. In such a case, you will be notified by phone or email of any changes.
